"Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"I called at 10am and they were able to fit me in that morning because they were in the area. Lee cleaned out the fireplace, while Kevin installed caps on the roof over the chimney and furnace vents. Lee removed TWENTY dead birds, nesting materials, and other debris. He said the fireplace is in great shape; Kevin said the chimneys looked good, but warned of a tree that's very close to the vent which can affect draft. They helped me find the on/off valve for the gas (we are new to this house so did not know where it was). Lee left the family room spotless and both he and Kevin were very knowledgeable and professional about everything. I would definitely recommend them for all chimney needs.

I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "I first contacted the company because a tree limb destroyed part of a gutter that needed to be replaced. The gutters in general, however, were failing to hold back gushing water during storms. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own. All of my interactions with the company were good- they were polite upon initial contact, called when they were going to come late, actually showed up in person for the appointment, which for me is very important, and took the time to answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner."
