"I left Barefoot Decks a message and did not get a return call. Called again and got a hold of I believe the man's name was John. We talked and he had me send a picture of my deck. He said he would talk to someone about the work I wanted done and would call me back....haven't heard back from him. I don't understand this type of behavior....if one is too busy to take on another job or isn't interested in the job that one wants done then just say so and both parties can move on. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like they do good work but this type of apathetic customer service isn't cool. Sorry to have to give them an "F" but that's the good thing about Angie's List....you get to hear from real people and their experiences with the companies listed on the site."

This was going to be a challenging project because two of the three decks were tied to the second and third level of our home… Choosing 5280 Home Improvements for our project proved to be the perfect choice.
