"Alan is the driver who cleans our pool every week. He communicates well, is very thorough, and extremely conscientious. He also takes ample time to answer all my questions, and as a first-time pool owner, I really appreciate this! Iâ d rate this business a 5 if they were a little more proactive â I think they should be alerting me when my pool needs more than routine maintenance, not the other way around."

"Leo was good at communicating his availability and showing up on time. When he arrived he evaluated what he would need to fix the leak, went to the local Home Depot to get needed materials and quickly made the repair. The leak is fixed and it was all done at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Leo again if I have another issue with my hot tub."

"There is absolutely no question that I'll be calling Black Diamond again with any of my spa needs. I contacted a different place here in Longmont and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. A week later, without hearing back from the first place, I reached out to Black Diamond. Brian got back to me that evening and promised to squeeze me in the next day. He lived up to his promise and showed up that evening. He completed the repairs in a very timely manner and communicated throughout the entire process. If you need any sort of help with a pool or spa, I definitely recommend reaching out to Black Diamond!"

"Jaime was persistent in locating the multiple leaks we were experiencing and getting them fixed. He had to replace the filter, then the new one leaked so had to get another one. He also replaced the pump to the spa jets. We are also going to have him test the water for us each month. We have been very happy with his service."

"My experience with this company was phenomenal. The owner Emmitt is very hands on, and professional. He went above and beyond when he worked for me. Iâ ve had a few companies clean/ maintain my pool over the years, and this has by far been my best experience. I highly recommend Radiant Pools!"
