"Last year, Montell replaced the roof on my house. They were so great that I had them install a new roof and insulation on my new house. They have all been so wonderful to work with. The office manager (Amy) , the owners (George and Chad), and the production manager (Brent) all took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. "Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. "Mitten Roofing replaced two roofs: one a 45 year old asphalt roof with a new granular- coated steel roof, and the second a 15 year-old asphalt roof that had been installed incorrectly and leaked. The new steel roof had to be installed around a 100 year old chimney, and they installed a phenomenal flashing design to work with the steel roofing that is (4 years in) leak-proof. They did the jobs on schedule, for the price quoted, and cleaned up everything removed. They came onto the job on time, and every day. We had 3 quotes, and Mitten offered the best long-term value, with several options, for our requirements. Mitten also low-pressure washed several other roofs for us, removing very heavy moss growths from roofs over 20 years old. These roofs now look to be good for another 10-15 years. The washing saved us a great deal of money to replace, and brightened the appearance of the roofs."
