"They lost their tool inside our house so they had to come back and left quite a mess in my backyard trying to get it out. They left a big hole in the ground that we are trying to fill with dirt. They were very nice but we felt that their equipment should not have fallen apart inside our house. They did not charge us anything for trying to fix the problem; they just charged us for cleaning the sewer. They were very responsive and did their best to fix it but they just did not fill the hole that they put in. They did put in a new sewer cleanout and did not charge us for it so we appreciate it. We probably will not use them in the future."

"Eddy with Executive replace my AC system. He also replace some rusted out ducts that he wasn't aware of when he gave me the bid. I was pleased that he didn't change the quote any. He was always at the house when he said he was. I'm not living there yet so he would lock up and send me a text after each day of work about what they did that day. I thought he provided a solution to my problem, mainly having a two story house and making it comfortable. The main test will be in the summer but I'm hopeful what they put in will be ok. I picked out the type of toilet. I told him I had one and I wanted him to install it. He removed the other toilet and he cleaned up the mess. I heard about him through a friend. "I purchased the $89 drain cleaning special from Angie's List, hoping that would take care of the slow drain in a house I was getting ready to sell.  Ray contacted me quickly and was out to the house before I know it; it turned out that things weren't as simple as I'd hoped they would be (are they ever?). <br /> He ended up having to snake the sewer all the way out to the main; in the process he had to constantly fight against a PVC cleanout that had been installed backwards by a previous plumber - he had to run the snake backwards so he could navigate a right-angle turn immediately after the incorrectly-installed cleanout.  It was obviously a difficult job, but Ray was pleasant throughout and more than fair with the price he charged. <br /> I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing, and wouldn't hesitate to call them out again. <br /> <br /> <br />"
