"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I reached out to 5 gas stove repair companies through Angi. 3 responded expressing availability. I chose one after looking at their webpage. They were scheduled to come the following morning the technician didn't show up, and I was unable to reach the company by phone. So, I called FixVerse around 1 pm to see if they could come that afternoon. Even though the technician was booked for that afternoon, he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day at 6 pm. He arrived right around 6 pm, and he was able to confirm that all my gas top burners were working properly as well as the oven. I was renting my apartment to a tenant who was moving in in two days. So, it was such a big help to me that FixVerse was able to come when they did. The technician was terrific, very knowledgeable and skilled."

"Brian was on time, personable, efficient. Wasted no time getting the job done. Reasonable price. Impressed enough to have him return the next day for 2 more repairs. See above for results. As long as he’s available, he’s our go to guy for appliance service."

"Brian arrived when he a said he would, and immediately found the problem. He has polite and personable, and I felt at ease with him doing the work and that =he knew what he was doing. The price was very reasonable too, and I feel we have found the person who will be our permanent go-to for appliance issues."

"Very pleased. I requested service through Angie's List on a Friday night from a number of companies. Affordable Appliance called me on Saturday and scheduled a technician for Monday. They came on Monday and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately the needed part is discontinued. I really appreciated that the technician seemed bummed that he couldn't fix it for us."

"Got it — here’s a warmer, more natural version that sounds human, not “review-bot”: I had a really good experience with VoltPro Appliance Repair LLC. The technician was friendly, showed up on time, and clearly explained what was wrong. The repair was done quickly and everything has been working great since. I’d definitely use their service again and recommend them to others."

"Solid pro! Needed a dishwasher pump replaced, and the problem was diagnosed, and repaired at a very reasonable cost as soon as the part was located. Great communication and easy payment!"

"I think the people make the difference at this store. I went in with my friend and a short time later I left with this great, new appliance. They delivered it."
