"I got central air installed in my 100+ year old house that I was convinced could never actually have central air. Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

"The service technician was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He got the furnace serviced and in running order with no mess or fuss. I would absolutely hire Genove Oil & Air Co again."

"My central air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the month. Jay made time to come over to fix our unit. He was prompt, efficient and has all the high gears to support his business. -Newton"

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"Ryan was awesome! He and his team installed a central A/C system for us. One of the best contractors we've ever had work on our house. SUPER fast. Super clean. Great communication. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Had milltown install combi boiler. Very professional. Completed job in one day. Excellent experience. Highly recommend them."

"Went out of their way to insure faucet installation after initial install proved defective. Associate went extra mile and drove approximately 25 miles away to get another faucet and made successful installation."

"Milltown was great to work with. We called numerous times (and emailed) to verify the parts we needed to order as we planned to buy them ourselves. Everyone was very responsive, respectful, and happy to help us find what we needed. They did an excellent job installing everything and we have had no problems since! Great to work with and I would use them again!

"Rodenhieser identified the problem with my central A/C and fixed it, while another contractor I previously had take a look at it failed to do so."
