It took quite a while but he got to the bottom of it and we finally have light in that bathroom. Joe was great! He was timely in arriving and was very professional. During the entire process he was very patient and certainly knew how to proceed. The bottom line is Joe had to correct a previous electrician's error. He also installed some new receptacles where needed. He cleaned all work areas when he finished. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an electrician."

"Pedro was very knowledgeable and professional. We have had a problem with drainage. The camera showed a drop in the Sewer line and a line pitch problem, going from a 5 feet pitch to only a 2 1/2 feet pitch by the sidewalk. My line was cleared and now I am waiting for and estimate to fix or re-installation of the Sewer line."

"These guys always do a great job.  Pete, the owner, stays on top of everything, and he has a knack for hiring people who do good work.  There are also always professional, friendly and easy to work with. <br /> On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond to help me out and make sure things are right.  In one case, the general contractor for a project we were working on disappeared and Pete was instrumental in helping me clear some of the city inspections (like the smoke detectors) that the GC left hanging. <br /> I know that sometimes people have trouble reaching Pete, and I know why.  I have personally never had that happen, so I gave them an A on responsiveness based on my own experience, but if you do have trouble getting ahold of them and you can afford to wait a week or two and try again, your patience will be rewarded. <br /> The prices charged are reasonable: fair, but not low.  If you're determined to find the cheapest electricians in the area, I'm sure Angie's List can help with that but you're on the wrong page at the moment.  Since bad wiring can burn down my house with me inside, I'd rather skip the cheapest and get the best guys I can find.  These are them. <br />"

"VMA again delivers fabulous service! These are my GO TO folks for electric ANYTHING. They rewired my whole house a couple of years ago. When I called for the new outlet, Lorrayne remembered me and got someone right out to put in the new outlet. 2 friendly gentleman came quickly. They were fast and professional. "I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly.
