"A Dry Pro team came out today and installed a "crawlspace drainage system". Jonathan the team leader, came to me first thing this morning with full specifications and scaled drawings of the project. We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. "I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about having their house encapsulated by Cantey that it will add about 60 to $70 a month onto your utility bill because of the dehumidifier that they put under the house. Cantey did a very professional job however one of their workmen left one of the sump pumps unplugged and we had a leak from the air conditioner air handler under the house and wound up with about 6 in of standing water under the house on top of the encapsulation. I wish i had never had the encapsulation done."
