"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."

"This is our third project with D&D and I expect they'll be our default for all future landscaping projects. Paul Doherty personally specs out each job and manages the project. The workers are professional, attentive to detail and unceasingly polite and friendly. Our most recent job hit a snag when the fencing that D&D had included in the estimate was unavailable because of damage from late-winter snowstorms. No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price. Having dealt with many contractors over the years, I've come to appreciate how rare it is when they show up on time, complete the job to spec and charge what they say they will charge. D&D Mulch hits on every critical point. I highly recommend them."

"Andrew was incredibly thoughtful about the project. He suggested & added things like pvc pipe under the walkway to support the addition of lighting in the future. He added a small transition of asphalt to ensure pavers were away from the very edge of the driveway to avoid plow damage in the winter. He plumbed our downspout near our rear walkway to make sure it did not present a potential wash out down the road. There were so many small touches a long these lines. To ensure pitch & levels were proper, he used surveying tools. The end result reflects great craftsmanship. I said we would rehire him & we did! A little after he did the front granite stoop & front pavers, we had him come back & do a walkway from our deck. Should we decide to do more, he is our 1st choice! I wish we could add pictures to this review, because they speak volumes about how good he is!"

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Eric is wonderful to work with and meticulous about his work. He emails and arrives promptly to do the work. The crew came and cleaned up everything after themselves. The yard was covered with a thick layer of weeds, and they made it look nice again. I had let the weeds grow for a number of years and could not keep up with the weeding since they were fast growing. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. Their prices are fair. They have also done snow plowing and lawn mowing, and I have been very pleased with the results.

"Mario was wonderful to work with. We needed our front yard graded away from the house, the height of the window wells increased, crushed stone brought in to make beds, an old damaged wall removed, and the area to be re-seeded for grass. He was incredibly quick to respond to my initial request, and got an estimate back to me days later, even over a holiday weekend. He set a date to start work, but was actually able to start a day earlier, worked around the town water main replacement going on next to my house and finished in -four- days. He also set up all the hoses/sprinklers to water the seed. I have never had any job with a contractor go as smoothly as this did, and I'm still surprised at how well it all went. I would certainly hire him again in the future for landscaping work."
