David did everything himself from the framing and drywall work to plumbing / electrical / and painting which was wonderful. He did an excellent job at remodeling our basement. He did everything that was stated in the contract for the amount quoted. He does great work at reasonable prices. Will use him again for any future projects"

"I was using them and they are really inexpensive. I have an acre and a third, and what happen with them is they send somebody different every time who has a lawn mower he just runs across your lawn. Your not gonna get a acre and a third for no  $35 a week but that's what I got 35 bucks a cut so their price was outstanding but sometimes depending on who is mowing it they mow it high, sometimes they would chop it it's mow too, I didn't like the inconsistency of it. 

They came regularly, they came every week you never had to call them or complain or anything they were always there, very prompt."

"The owner of the company was very professional, capable, and did phenomenal work. We had significant issues with poor drainage under the foundation. The ground around the perimeter of our house was always soaked. This contractor did a phenomenal job. The contractor dug several trenches and connected our downspouts to a network of underground pipes to divert water away from house. All the pipes then connected to a rain garden. He also regraded our ground to ensure groundwater was not directed to our foundation. Long gone are the days of a backyard swamp and in the long run he saved our foundation ( did I mention our concrete block was sitting in 12 inches of water). After weeks went by, he even made a surprise visit to see how his work performed after a recent torrential downpour. Bottom line, this contractor is highly professional, skilled, and was reasonably priced. He gave us an estimate that he did not deviate from and completed the work on time. His experience and expertise were invaluable."

"Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."
