I contacted Illinois Gutter Solutions online after hours requesting a quote for gutter replacement, downspout replacement, and the addition of gutter guard on my house and detached garage. I was contacted the next morning by a member of their team and someone was out to my house to do an estimate within the next 48 hours. They provided an easy to read estimate and answered all my questions! After committing to the job, they were at my house tearing down and replacing my gutters within 3 weeks. "It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

"Went very well, they were very prompt in giving an estimate and gave us a call when we were close to being next in line for installation. They even came out on a rainy day and installed them. We had gotten estimates from a handful of other places and Harris and Sons were by far the cheapest, I do believe the next estimate from theirs was $750. Gutters look great (my in laws also used them)."
