"Couldn't have been happier under the circumstances. Friendly responsive office staff and professional, friendly, skilled plumber. Fair price. Not the lowest, but considering how well everything went, it was well worth it. Actually, in that light, it was a bit lower than I might have guessed. I made an online request to three different companies late last night for an urgent plumbing situation. This morning at 7:20am, the office called and got me on the schedule. The work is now completed, good experience, and as of now at 5:10pm, neither of the other two companies has even called me back. That says a lot."

"You will not be disappointed. The value is 10-fold, I say this as a 61 year old living on social security disability. He is very experienced and has pride in his family and work, with those old school values, today's society is missing. The water heater was removed and replaced with a brand new one. Other than replacing some violations with the original setup and we have hot water after 10 days waiting for Choice Home Warranty's service people to set up an appointment to see what was wrong.
