"A tree fell on our garage smashing part of the roof and made a hole in a wall. Leroy responds very quickly when you contact him. He and his team are innovative in creating solutions to what I consider a non typical repair job. I thought they did a good job in spite of a frustrating situation with the siding. They work fast too, this re-roof and repair work were done in a normal working day (8-5). Now "I gotta guy" for our next job when we need something done. If you are reading this review to determine to hire L & W the answer to that question is "yes"."

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement."

"We would highly recommend Waters Custom Exteriors for roofing, siding, and guttering as they are top notch Professionals!!! From the initial phone call to get an estimate on a new roof, Travis was very helpful. After arriving at our house to look at the roof and give us a replacement estimate Travis said we should contact our insurance company and have an adjuster come to the property to see the shingles, siding, and guttering that had been damaged from a previous hail storm. We scheduled with the adjuster and Travis came out on the arranged day and went on the roof with the adjuster and pointed out the damage that he had seen. Waters Custom Exteriors is definitely the company everyone needs when working with an insurance company. They knew exactly what was needed to move the claim forward and from that point forward until completion of the job Waters Custom Exteriors handled everything with the insurance company. The crew that Waters had performing the work on the roof was eager to get started and arrived early on the scheduled day with a dump trailer to haul away the debris from the tear-off and they quickly got underway. All of the materials needed to complete the roof were being delivered mid-morning as the final removal of the old shingles was wrapping up. There were a few underlayment boards that were bad that got replaced before they started putting down the new roof. By later in the evening, the shingles had been all put down and the new roof looked amazing. The new shingles were the architectural type and a welcomed upgrade to the standard three tab shingle that was previously on the house. When finished, the crew walked the property and picked up any debris from the project and rolled a magnet through the yard numerous times to insure all nails on the ground were picked up and when the job was completed, it was almost as if they had never been there. After the roof job, the siding went just as smoothly with a different crew sent out by Waters Custom Exteriors. Just as before, they showed up early on the scheduled day and got straight to work. The tear-off went quickly and any repairs to the underlying structure were completed before beginning the residing. All necessary materials needed to finish the job were delivered the night before and neatly stacked out of the way in the drive. The siding job obviously took longer than the roof, and each day the crew was on-site they were busy and polite, although there was little interaction with them as they were dedicated to staying on task. They were very meticulous and took pride in the work they were performing and it shows in the finished product. Each day the old siding and debris removed from the house was loaded onto a truck and hauled away leaving nothing unsightly in the yard. Once all of the siding was complete and the site cleaned up, there was a period of time before the fascia and guttering could be installed. This was at no fault of Waters. The color we had chosen was out of stock and would not be available for a couple of weeks. Waters gave us the option to pick another color or wait it out. We waited. When the material arrived at the house, it was again neatly stacked out of the way in the drive and Waters Custom Exteriors came out and installed it promptly. The house looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Waters saved us a huge amount of money by being there for us and working with the insurance to cover the damage from the hail storm. We would not hesitate to use Waters Custom Exteriors for any future projects at our house and would highly recommend that you use them as well."

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"A person came to my door one day and said they were offering free roof inspections, so I thought what the heck it won’t cost me anything and I get a free analysis of my roof.   When he was finished he explained that my roof had suffered damage from the resent storms and he believed he could replace my roof at no cost to me. Well yes I was skeptical expecting like most companies I have dealt with in the past there would be hidden fees and cost to me but I agreed to allow him to proceed with the process.  A couple days later he called and set an appointment to talk with me. To my amazement he indeed had the paperwork showing a full replacement of my roof and an added chimney cap which I didn’t have before and at no cost to me.  Everything progressed exactly how they described it. First the materials arrived then the workers right on schedule; they completed my roof in one day.  I was truly amazed; I have never had such a large project completed with no hassle or inconveniences to me.  The crew at Midwest are true professionals and I recommend 100%"
