"I paid Magnolia Glass over 2000 dollars to install a custom shower in my new home. What I received was a leaking and sagging shower and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Within days, water was pouring out from underneath the glass and from nearly every mounting clip, more than ten leak points, plus several spots with missing or sloppy caulking. The door also sags and now closes glass on glass. For two months I gave them every chance to fix it. I called repeatedly, left voicemails, and even sent a formal written demand. I spent more than 15 hours trying to get help. When the owner finally returned my call, he mocked me, denied my call logs, laughed at my concerns, and took no responsibility. They only attempted a repair after receiving a legal demand letter. The owner stayed under ten minutes, added a little caulk, did not test anything, and left. The next day it still leaked in all the same places. I now have to hire another company to fix their work. Avoid"
