"I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system.
