We worked with Steve and Jeff from the design team and Tim Burks was our assigned project manager. Tim (our assigned project manger) was polite, professional and approachable. Tim definitely went out of his way to keep us informed / never made us feel inferior despite the never ending questions (thanks again Tim!). Jeffery used the term interactive when he described triads approach to landscape design / construction (proactive would be a great definition as well Jeff!)
