"Physical work at address went very well. Getting paperwork to document the repair is difficult. I requested the measurements before the foundation was lifted and the measurements after the foundation was lifted and stabilized. I still waiting 2 weeks to receive."

"Foundation work looks excellent. Crew very professional and cost was a bit lower then I orginally planned. Out of three pier options I picked the middle option, Cobination piers ( Steel and Concrete). Also very important G.L. Hunt gives you a Transferable Life Time warranty on their work so, lets say 10 yrs from now the homes foundation were to move in such a way that the home needed to be leveled again in the same area G.L. Hunt conducted their work, they would come do the adjustment and it would be covered per their warranty. To me, thats piece or mind on the well being of my home and well spent hard earned money. Oh, by the way...the crew hand dug the holes under the home, placed eight piers on one side of the home, leveled it out, poured new Concrete where they had to cut into the drive way, repaired brick molding on the outside of the house from the foundation "zipper cracks" (perfect cement grout color match on my 43 yr home, very impressive), back filled foundation holes they dug, cleaned up, and explained everything very clearly and it only took them one day - Amazing!!! I work hard for my money and unfortunately I've hired contractors, for other home repairs, that didn't end well. I expect what I'm promised and some call me very picky, I rarely give business recommendations due to the fact many don't meet my level of expectations HOWEVER; as of the time I'm writing this review, I HIGHLY recommend G.L. "I was losing confidence in the integrity of my home until Hercules stopped the settling of our slab foundation and reversed some of the damage caused by an uneven slab. Specifically, in my own living room, I was not supposed to be watching a 20 foot long crack develop in the ceiling and then expand to 1/4 inch wide. But on the day of the foundation lift, 2 dramatic improvements took place as the team of foundation experts hydraulically re-leveled the South end of the house. The wide gap in living room ceiling closed! A couple of inside doors all of a sudden latched for the first time in more than seven years! We feel like we can re-paint again inside, because results of painting will no longer be undone by future settling and cracking. Installing foundation support pillars underneath residence is no small matter, but after receiving 2 independent assessments documenting our tilted foundation I was confident that something had to change. Allen Alexander worked with us persistently until the project was done. Velocity of cleanup the day after the foundation lift was amazing. Allen responded quickly to my inputs. We opted for a comprehensive one-time reinforcement of our entire foundation. Some shrubs were lost and the foundation repair disrupted our lives for a few days, but I will no longer get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach every time additional foundation shift occurs. Complexity of the effort by Hercules was significant. We not only enjoy a level foundation now, but also took care of long delayed repairs to both bathrooms in our residence. Broken sewer pipes underneath the foundation are challenging to access. For a foundation repair company accessing pipes near the exterior of the residential foundation is a practical solution."
