"We are the 2nd owners of residence and did not know where septic tank was. He quickly located it and had the two cement caps off quickly. Checked for any damage as tank installed in 1990. Pumped out the septic did inspection and after cleaning septic , neatly covered the area after we marked it. He then doubled checked to see if we had a second tank on property .
