In Jan ‘19, I used him to replace 2 toilets and repair a 3rd in my home. I have also had him repair some routine faucet leaks in ‘21. I can say toilets are all working fine, as well as, we have no faucet leaks. Water softener had a leak in my flex outlet pipe in May ‘22 and Frank replaced it perfectly. Same water softener weeks later then had some water spillage on garage floor. I text Frank; he came that very morning; he evaluated the situation; contacted the manufacturer and it was concluded that a brief power outage had interrupted the programs 2:00am cycle schedule and it remained stuck till program had to be cleared. There was NO CHARGE for this endeavor by Frank. I hate dealing with contractors, because for the most part you REALLY never know what type of person you’re going to do business with. But, Frank is “stand up guy”. He’ll tell you what’s right and what’s wrong - what you need and what you don’t need and in my book that’s all right."
