"Had a great experience from start to finish. Chris Lacky came to the house and assessed the project size and spent a lot of time explaining the metal roofing options and we settled on a shingle looking aluminum roof. After a short life for our previous asphalt roof we decided to go with metal. The scheduling had a few bumps due to the rainy summer but ECMR kept us up to date and when they scheduled the install, the took care of all the deliveries and dumpster needs. We had Baha and his instal crew for our job and they were non-stop workers staying well into darkness during the install including working a couple of weekend days to make up for rain days. Baha was dedicated to doing a quality install and he made it happen. His crew also were very neat in keeping the area cleaned up during the process. Great experience and looking for many years service from the roof."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Brian was great. He called when he was delayed and arrived at the new time when he said he would. He inspected the roof and determined that squirrels had chewed and damaged the lead flashing around the chimney leading to water running down a rafter. He did a repair with silicone to make certain it would not leak and scheduled a time for them to come back to do a permanent repair.

Sergiy was punctual and professional for the quote and was able to do the roof and some other needed repairs that were not even roof-related, for about the same price as the other quotes I had gotten that were just for the roof alone. "Everything happened as planned and described by NextGen. The only surprise was that they ran slightly short of roofing shingles on the last section of roof, and had to come by on Saturday morning to finish the job. They did everything they said they would do, and to my eyes, did a very good job."
