The crew did exceptional work and asked me questions throughout the project to make sure the project would be completed to my satisfaction. The company was in touch with me regularly to make sure everything was proceeding according to plan. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the final outcome."

"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Last autumn, we placed an order for a replacement for an old bow-window and replacement gutters with covers for our 1890’s home. The bow was replaced with a 3-window set, that has 2 smaller sliding windows on either side of a larger picture window. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the windows and the ease of sliding (a la glass doors) versus the traditional double hung windows. They were snug over the winter and made the room feel just as spacious as the old bow-window did, without the drawback of a leaking window. The crew was great, courteous and conscientious, with great attention to details. You would never know a replacement had been done from the outside, but, oh, the inside is wonderful. With COVID affecting delivery dates, we had to wait for the gutters to come in. We got the call in February, and I listened to the answering machine message and procrastinated returning the call. After we got through my husband’s knee surgery in mid-June, I gulped, dialed Clear Choice, and ‘fessed up to delaying things. “No problem” was the reply, “do you want to set a date now? We could be there next week.” Yes! We knew we had a problem with rot on some of the fascia boards, it was discussed at our consultation at the time Clear Choice came out to quote the job. We signed the contract knowing that they would need to adjust for extra time and materials. The crew came on time, worked diligently until they had to pause to collect the supplies to repair the rotted wood we had been appraised of. They returned the next day, and went to work. By the end of the day the wood had been replaced, the fascia’s had been covered with matching trim, and the gutters and downspouts were installed. The house looks great. The crew didn’t speak English well, but they had a spokesperson with a smart phone, and Google translate did wonders for communication. They were a wonderful group and I would highly recommend the company for their work ethic and quality."
