"Jonathan was my technician and was extremely professional and courteous. He called 35 minutes before he arrived (as I was told he would by the scheduler). My appointment window was 8-9am (not a 4 hour window like so many contractors!). He arrived promptly at 8am. He put on shoe covers every time he entered the home. He evaluated my problem breaker (main breaker was frequently tripping with high loads), made recommendations from minimal (simply tighten connections) to more complex (replace breaker). I decided to have the breaker replaced because the connections were not that loose and likely not the issue. He also offered to install a whole-house surge protector (but did not hard-sell me or pressure me in any way). I opted for the surge protector as well. All the work was completed by 10am. He also took my Angies List coupon (which saved me $50). Great company from start to finish. They also provide a lifetime warrantee their work. Would use them again."

Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. "The technician was on time and courteous.  My A/C wasn't blowing any cold air, so he checked the air handler first, then checked the heat pump.  The freon was very low, 1.5 pounds in a 3.5 pound system, so he charged the unit with freon.  The air was fine after that.  He did a check for leaks from the evaporator coil "on the house" and showed me that the coil was losing coolant from several spots.  He recommended that an engineer come have a look about a system replacement since it was impossible to tell how long the coolant was leaking - the main issue being that the coil had several leaking spots.
Overall the service went well.  The price was a function of the high price of freon ($90 or so per pound), so it could have been any HVAC company getting dinged on the price issue.

"Robert was on time, very professional, provided clear communication and was very service-oriented. He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn't seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn't extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! Unfortunately, I'm a bit concerned the core issue wasn't identified or resolved, so the likelihood of a recurrence seems higher than desired, but I remain hopeful. Robert very politely concurred and clearly explained he wasn't able to do anything additional without further purchase. Fingers crossed and here's to having good luck!"
