"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. "TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did a phenomenal job. Very professional and communicate clearly Our condo part of a builder remodel but the outside electrical was from 1978 and the breaker needed wasn't made any more. They were able to track down the breaker. Once they got in the master breaker box there was a bigger electrical problem of bare wires with burn marks. It was a very dangerous situation for all who live in this building. They took pictures, advised, and guided me through the process with our property management company. "I noticed that the air conditioning system was blowing warm air instead of cool air over the Memorial Day weekend.  I checked the thermostat and everything was working there.  I went outside and checked the condenser and noticed that the blades were turning but that there was cool air coming from the top of it (I'm used to the air being warmer above the condenser unit).  So I figured I'd better get someone to look at it.  Since I'm new to GA, I asked my neighbor for a recommendation.
I looked up Moncrief's website and left a service request on Monday afternoon and figured they'd call me when they got into the office on Tuesday. Needless to say, I was very surprised that they called me on a holiday to set up an appointment to take a look at the air conditioner.  They sent a technician out on Tuesday morning to look at it, had the engineer come out Wednesday morning before I went into work to determine what sized replacement unit I needed, and this morning (Thursday) the technician was here and installed the new condenser and coil.  And my house is now cool again.
The engineer also recommended that with the higher efficiency systems that they're recommend one more return vent on the main floor.  His explanation made sense and in now way did I feel that he was trying to sell me additional services or increase the bill. Adding the return vent this morning cost an extra $200 (if they'd to make a separate trip later it would cost $400-$500).
