"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing ð ª is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. Their work is very clean and they even called me out to look at the replacement pipe before backfilling. I will most certainly, undoubtedly use RPP again!"

"I was out of town on vacation when the tenant called. I went on Angie's list to find a plumber close to the property that could go by there. The person that answered the phone was very nice. I explained my situation and they were able to work with me. They talked to both the tenant to schedule a time and communicated with my boyfriend who was in town overseeing the call. They educated the tenant on the type of paper they should be using with the low end toilets the builder put in this house. I certainly didn't know you had to worry about the paper when you were on sewer."

"They showed up on time and finished ahead of time. And they even added a send that evidently wasn't even hooked up to the second floor (separate unit) that I didn't know about. And the price was still the same as was quoted prior to the work being done. The main goal of having the work was to reduce the noise of the basement unit and to balance out the returns. This was all achieved at a very affordable price (much better than 2 other quotes I had done). They were so good I wish the did plumbing too. I ended up having them take over my HVAC maintainance at work as well now."

"I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of this company. I called them to make numerous repairs (listed below) that found during inspection of my new home. The repairman, Jeremy, was very respectful and efficient. Based on research, I believe the company's prices are reasonable, and I'm not looking to go bargain-basement on electrical repairs. I want quality. In about 2-3 hours, Jeremy (with the assistance of a colleague he called in once it was clear there was more work to do), made the following repairs for $1,154: 1) repaired defective GFCI; 2) repaired two sets of spliced wires and added two junction boxes; 3) repaired plastic couplings at the connections between the electric utility wire and the house main wire; 4) added connectors to all unsecured wiring in my electrical panel and labeled breakers; 5) and identified and repaired a "double-tap" wiring situation in my kitchen. Furthermore, Jeremy suggested a more cost-effective way to fix my dryer situation: recording (~$150) vs. changing the outlet (~$600). Luckily, once my dryer arrived it turned out it was three-prong and thus fit the old-style outlet so I didn't need to do either. But I still appreciated his honesty about my options. I would definitely call TE Certified Electricians again — particularly since they sent me a "5% off for life" coupon after this service."

"I noticed that the air conditioning system was blowing warm air instead of cool air over the Memorial Day weekend. I checked the thermostat and everything was working there. I went outside and checked the condenser and noticed that the blades were turning but that there was cool air coming from the top of it (I'm used to the air being warmer above the condenser unit). So I figured I'd better get someone to look at it. Since I'm new to GA, I asked my neighbor for a recommendation.
I looked up Moncrief's website and left a service request on Monday afternoon and figured they'd call me when they got into the office on Tuesday. Needless to say, I was very surprised that they called me on a holiday to set up an appointment to take a look at the air conditioner. They sent a technician out on Tuesday morning to look at it, had the engineer come out Wednesday morning before I went into work to determine what sized replacement unit I needed, and this morning (Thursday) the technician was here and installed the new condenser and coil. And my house is now cool again.
The engineer also recommended that with the higher efficiency systems that they're recommend one more return vent on the main floor. His explanation made sense and in now way did I feel that he was trying to sell me additional services or increase the bill. Adding the return vent this morning cost an extra $200 (if they'd to make a separate trip later it would cost $400-$500).
It's a pleasure to work with a company that is prompt and professional."
