"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. Thanks Aaron you made me feel at ease about allowing you into my home to help fix this issue."

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did a phenomenal job. Very professional and communicate clearly Our condo part of a builder remodel but the outside electrical was from 1978 and the breaker needed wasn't made any more. They were able to track down the breaker. Once they got in the master breaker box there was a bigger electrical problem of bare wires with burn marks. It was a very dangerous situation for all who live in this building. They took pictures, advised, and guided me through the process with our property management company. Very positive outcome and experience during a difficult and stressful time. I would definitely hire again. Also found out after that our neighbors used them for a large project and were equally as pleased."

"The technician was on time and courteous.  My A/C wasn't blowing any cold air, so he checked the air handler first, then checked the heat pump.  The freon was very low, 1.5 pounds in a 3.5 pound system, so he charged the unit with freon.  The air was fine after that.  He did a check for leaks from the evaporator coil "on the house" and showed me that the coil was losing coolant from several spots.  He recommended that an engineer come have a look about a system replacement since it was impossible to tell how long the coolant was leaking - the main issue being that the coil had several leaking spots.
Overall the service went well.  The price was a function of the high price of freon ($90 or so per pound), so it could have been any HVAC company getting dinged on the price issue.
