"Great plumber. Showed up when promised. We live in an old house with water heater in the closet on 2nd floor. Water heater was old with lots of rust and calcium deposits which plugged the draining hose up. Matt, the plumber, took care of the problem really fast and after a few minutes he came down the stairs with the old water heater on a dolly. He installed new flex piping for the new water heater and left the place clean. He never complained of the bad location or of the bad condition our old water heater was in. Matt was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I can recommend him to anybody who needs a reliable plumber. His price was also very reasonable."

"I received a text message from Mr. Drain Corp. within minutes of submitting my online request on Angi around 5:30am on a Sunday morning - very quick. Their dispatcher was friendly and professional and called me to schedule an estimate less than 3 hours later — around 8:20am — and had a service window of noon-4pm for a technician to visit and give us an estimate. We ended up using a different provider who was able to arrive by 8:40am that same Sunday morning, but I was impressed by the quick customer service provided by Mr. Drain Corp. and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs! "

"10 out of 10 golden wrenches! I had an immediate emergency issue with my water heater and Gerrod with Valiant Plumbing was there within the hour assessing and working the problem. He was professional, clean (always respectful to my flooring wearing booties) knowledgeable, and explained the situation clearly. "Matt Cater fixed both of my toilets with new and correct parts. They are working perfectly now. No more constant running water every 5 minutes or high pitch squealing. He also re did the caulking all out my bathtub and shower. Excellent work. I will definitely have this company come back for future jobs. "

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 12/1/2020 I am very pleased with the service I received today from Electrical Technician Bogdan Ovsyychuk and his assistant. He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. They both were also very friendly and personable and wore masks and all other necessary protective equipment. I highly recommend them for electrical work!"

"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him. "
