I got a call from the scheduler at 7:47 the following morning. The scheduler promised a plumber would show up between 10-2 and he would call before he came. He called at about 11:30, was there 15 minutes later, spent about 10 minutes to fix the problem, then showed me what the problem was and what I can do if it happens again.
