He had all samples with him and very carefully told me how the windows would be installed, the different types of siding I had on my house currently (a real mismash!). Was very upfront about the siding on the front of the house (different from the sides and back), that he was not able to view the condition of the undersurface, whether it needed to be replaced or not.
