"Everything went as scheduled. Chris the owner came to the first appointment to measure. We made an appointment with Shanna to meet us at the stone yard to make our selection. We received the estimate a few days later and Chris returned to make the template. We paid half when we placed the order and paid the balance after the installation. One small piece of backsplash was missing from the desk, but they returned the next day and completed the installation."

There was a total price, no specifity about the products that would be used. As he had not been very responsive when I tried to speak with him I decided not to use the service.
