"First , very professional. Second the work was outstanding , was really impressed how much they paid attention to detail. What was most important is that how it was designed and came out exactly how I imagined. They were able to work around the pre-existing infrastructure and soffits did a great job installing the high hats with the right dimmers. Definitely would hire them again! The bonus no hidden charges said what it would cost explained how the costs can increase with unforeseen conditions which is understandable and the price point for the work excellent!!!!!!"

"Brian and his team was very responsive and patient as we changed design on them at least once.  The work was done a little after the expected 6 week time frame, probably due to the fact that they were moving facilities.  The quality of the cabinets is superb.  Couldn't be happier with the work.  Brian is a professional and responsive on phone and email.  Have no issues and highly recommend them for jobs.  While Caseworks is not the cheapest out there, they are probably worth the price.  They will customize nearly every aspect of the build and will work with other craftsmen to get the correct solution in place.

"Everything went as scheduled. Chris the owner came to the first appointment to measure. We made an appointment with Shanna to meet us at the stone yard to make our selection. We received the estimate a few days later and Chris returned to make the template. We paid half when we placed the order and paid the balance after the installation. One small piece of backsplash was missing from the desk, but they returned the next day and completed the installation."

"The contractor was late, had been given the wrong time. He said he would email the estimate and I did not get the first email, but I did get the second. There was a total price, no specifity about the products that would be used. As he had not been very responsive when I tried to speak with him I decided not to use the service.

"FP was at the house the same day we called them.  They worked directly with our insurance company (figure above was our out of pocket cost, not total cost of job) and tore out and rebuilt our master bathroom.  They were prompt, professional, courteous and did a fantastic job.  The plumbing leak and resulting mold had compromised most of the drywall in the bathroom.  They set up dryers, sealed up the room, and proceeded to tear out the large walk in shower to the studs;  removed double vanity, mirror and granite countertop to tear out drywall behind it.  They then replaced that, rebuilt the shower, retiled the inside of the shower, painted...  It was really a 90% rehab of the bathroom and they were finished quickly and without making a mess in the rest of the house.  They then sprayed the house to make sure there were no residual mold spores and tested to make sure.  I would recommend them for any type of rehab.  They did a great job!!!!

FAQs for wood stairs and railings installation and replacement projects in Copeland, FL

A pro can set an attic ladder in two to four hours, including framing adjustments and finish work. Complex installs—like cutting a brand-new opening or trimming joists—land toward the high end of that window. Tackle the job yourself and plan on a full day, plus an extra pair of hands, since one mis-measurement can slow everything down.

Local building codes drive this decision. If your ceiling has a fire-rating requirement, the ladder must match it to maintain that protective barrier. A rated unit slows flame spread between the attic and living space, buying valuable evacuation time and limiting damage.

Because codes vary by city and even by neighborhood, check with the permitting office or ask your contractor before you order the ladder.

Aluminum ladders are light, rust-proof, and easy to maneuver, making them a practical choice for most households. Wood models handle higher weight loads and can match traditional trim if aesthetics top your list, but they’re heavier and need occasional upkeep.

Compare the ladder’s duty rating, your ceiling height, and how often you’ll use it. The best option is the one that balances safety, convenience, and the look you want without stretching the budget.
