"During the job, communication was good. There was no attention to detail. I had to point out several places that were not completed properly. After they were gone, I noticed numerous places that needed finished. I contacted my local person and he did come back to fix some if the issues. They splattered white paint on my wood front door and still no resolution. They also did not completely cover my new deck with stain properly. The wood is still showing in places. I contacted corporate offices and filed grievance. It has been 3 weeks and no response from anyone. I plan to file grievance with Better Business Bureau and contact a lawyer."

We have been providing sales, service and installation to Lawrence, Topeka, Kansas City and surrounding communities for over 18 years. We carry a complete line of residential and commercial garage doors, openers, parts and accessories from quality brands you can trust. We offer free estimates, 24 hour and same day service and we always guarantee the quality of our work.
"I reached out to this company on October 26. I then followed up a few days later after not hearing back. The gentleman I spoke with did immediately go to our house to take a look but never got back to me (it's a rental house), so I again had to check back in. A day later, he responded, told me the issue, gave me a quote and said, "If you let me know, I can probably get it done later today." I gave him the green light and told him to invoice me. My renter called me on December 4 asking when the garage door would be fixed! That's over a MONTH after the man I spoke with at this company said he'd go fix our issue! Not only did they not show up that day, but he didn't show up at any time or even bother to call me back. I called him on December 4 to ask what was going on. He seemed confused by who I was. I explained the whole history and told him to look at the text messages on his phone between us. Even after explaining what had happened, he never once apologized. Instead, he said he'd look at his records when he got back to his office and would call me. That was yesterday morning. He never called me. I called and texted him this morning. Radio silence. I finally left him a message that we are taking our business elsewhere. I don't know how this company has such great reviews if this is how they treat customers. I agreed to the price, gave him my information to invoice me, and spent a lot of my time trying to follow-up with him to no avail. It was an incredibly frustrating process."
