"Lonnie changed out the valve that controls water to our house and two outside faucets. The shut off valve is in ox that had deteriorated over the years allowing water to stand it and corroding the valve. The faucets had gotten corroded; and, they could not be rebuilt so had to be replaced completely. Our house is 37 years old, so plumbing parts do not always match and it required finding new parts that will. He completed the job in a very professional manner. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out while he was here. We liked that he gave us a quote for the completed project. Other plumbers gave us an hourly rate; but, they could not tell us how long it would take. So, we wouldn't know what the final cost would be."

"We awoke to discover water standing on the floor of our laundry room, hallway and sewing room.  I called Butler Plumbing right away and was told that they had a crew in Plano, Texas that would be at our home after they finished that job.  The crew arrived at our home an hour later and got right to work.  The crew used electronic devices to trace water lines under or in the slab, and were able to ascertain that there was a leak between one manifold (where hot and cold water pipes converge and are then sent to several different faucets), and another manifold under a cabinet in the master bath.  The line that connected the two manifolds was sealed, and a bypass water line was installed through the attic.  I expressed concern about the possibility of a water line in the attic freezing and breaking, but the plumbers showed me the hose/pipe they planned to use, which was very hard, flexible, very strong rubber/plastic pipe that could expand in the event of freezing, although I was assured that the pipe was insulated, and that threat was minimal.  I hope they are right.  The entire repair job took about 5 hours, and I am very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism, and quality of service I received from Butler Plumbing!

"I called Young's plumbing because when I woke up that morning I had a huge puddle of water in my living room. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he could a plumber out the same day. When Jimmy showed up he explained that I had a slab leak and gave me a quote for tunneling and to repair the leak.Jimmy helped me call my insurance company to have them pay for it. I set up for the work to be done the next day. Jimmy and some diggers come out the next morning and got right to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. to be able to do what I wanted.  It looks great now also found a leak at bath sink that builder had also done. Loved the looks of the tile on floor and shower.  They also did granite counters in all the areas 0f house.   Painted bath and installed new toilet.  Great job"
