When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). The repairman arrived the day I called, looked at my unit and said he had an identical new unit and would replace my old one and install it for 344.00. The next day it was installed while I was away.
