"Had a small issue with materials and communications, but was quickly resolved. Steve did an outstanding job installing two complicated ceiling fans for us."

"Theo, the owner is great as an HVAC pro. We asked him to come out for the tune-up going into the summer season. He checked, very thoroughly, both our units. One was good to go, but the other one needed 6lbs of freon. Theo explained everything and showed us everything that he checked. He even tried to work with our home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost of repair/replacement, but they would not. Theo gave us our options and we asked him for his honest recommendation. He said a new unit. Ours is nearly 20 years old and has been repaired several times recently. We went with a new unit and he was able to install it within two days of us talking. He made sure the installation was smooth and with minimal interruptions. His thoroughness have us feeling better about our decision and trust in his judgement and professionalism. Very good HVAC pro and a good guy to do business with during these times."

"Tech arrived on time and diagnosed issue with central air conditioner. Stated cost for repair and gave credit for home visit and troubleshooting. I agreed to repairs and tech got to it. Repairs completed efficiently and quickly. Problem was clogged drain line tripping electrical sensor shutting down cooling until slow drain cleard liquid and cooling resumed. A/C working again. Most Pleased on rapid response and repair."

"I recently had my central AC replaced, and I couldn?t be more impressed with the service! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Dads Thermostat took the time to explain my options, worked within my schedule, and made sure the job was done right. The new system works beautifully?my home is cool and comfortable again! I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done right the first time."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I received 3 quotes on installing a new 5 ton unit to our house air network was $2,000 cheaper than the # 2 bid and over $3000 cheaper than the other bid. They came when they said and chris was very knowledgeable. We had a new unit installed as well as all new ducting and blown in insulation. I would highly recommend air network in the Weimar area"
