"Our family has worked with Robert and his team multiple times since the 90s. From the first renovation in 1994, to a 2019 addition/extension to the same home, to recent work preparing to sell our rental property, Robert has been our go-to guy. His work is outstanding. His crew is hard-working, respectful, and responsible (and just really fun guys to be around!) He approaches everything with such pride, and he provides outstanding guidance all the way through. It's like working with family - Robert has really become part of ours all these years!"

The project went beautifully, with very professional salesman [Tony Laudadio, who came to our home in the first week, filmed and measured everything, calculated with his IPad, and gave us a firm cost, with a free flooring flyer discount], Josh Agrelius [scheduling], Matt Wallace [project manager], as well as Jason Duane and Christina in the Austin office -- all providing information, advice, and assistance over a two-and-one-half month period, from initial call and visit through final installation. The main work was done in a week-and-a-half stretch by two very skilled tradesmen from South Austin, who were courteous, competent, clean, dependable, helpful with decisions and changes, as well as very appreciative of our hospitality. There were no added costs, even when we made changes in fixtures and flowing choices. When they finished -- meeting the deadline that ReBath had set two months earlier -- we then chose our own paints and completed our renovations in the next week.

We wondered about the price and how Tony did the estimate, since his work order just listed the materials that we had chosen. When I asked for a detailed list of item and labor costs, they sent only a list of rough combined material and labor costs for each of the rooms. When I noted that some folks on Angie's List had noted somewhat "high costs," ReBath stated that the costs were actually reasonable, consistent with the high quality of materials and workmanship. I found that to be true, as best I can tell.

We actually could not be happier with the beautiful outcome!!!  We had lots of choices for shower and floor materials, in both color and substance. Given the small samples that Tony could bring to our home, we found it most helpful to go twice to the ReBath office on Howard Lane in North Austin to see larger and more varied samples, as well as model displays, in picking our shower stone walls and flooring [at Tony's suggestion, we visited Floors and Décor warehouse on Braker Lane to see their huge offering, before choosing a different more dramatic flooring there for the Master Bath]. The materials and colors that we chose, with some advice from Tony and Matt, turned out great - many shades of browns to greys in the wood and granite, with striking contrast in the dark bronze fixtures. And removing the dividing wall in the Guest Bath, as Tony suggested, made a huge difference in the open feeling, so well implemented by the two craftsmen who did all the work.

We are grateful to the whole ReBath of Austin team, and we highly recommend them to our friends and others.

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

FAQs for major renovation multiple room service projects in Copperas Cove, TX

Gutting a house involves completely removing outdated elements, including drywall, insulation, and fixtures, to reveal the underlying structure. This process is not only ideal for a complete remodel but is also critical in emergency situations such as flood damage where compromised materials must be replaced immediately. Contractors follow OSHA-approved safety measures throughout the demolition to ensure a secure work environment. This method provides a fresh, safe canvas for any future renovation.

Gutting a house is a cost-efficient choice. Home renovations cost between $20,000 and $88,000 compared to the cost to build a new house of $122,500 to $411,500. The reduced cost stems from retaining the existing structural framework while updating the interior. Factors such as house size, material quality, and labor directly influence the total expenses, making a gut renovation a financially smart decision.

The cost of demoing an interior is worthwhile because gutting a house creates a completely safe and refreshed environment by removing toxic or damaged materials like asbestos, mold, and deteriorated components. Professional supervision ensures all hazards are properly managed and health and safety standards are met. This process revitalizes the home's interior and can increase its structural integrity and overall value.

Remodeling a bathroom costs between $6,640 and $17,600, with high-end remodels exceeding $30,000. The final price is directly influenced by the quality of fixtures and design features—modern tiling, advanced plumbing, and custom details all add to the definitive expense. By selecting superior materials and design elements, homeowners ensure both functionality and a remarkable aesthetic upgrade.

Kitchen renovations range from $14,500 to $41,500 when the original layout is maintained. However, changing the layout by removing load-bearing walls or upgrading to premium appliances directly escalates costs, often adding over $1,000 per modification. These precise enhancements reflect the high-quality standards and result in a transformative and efficient upgrade.

A full gut renovation typically spans between four months and a year and a half. This period accounts for the permitting process, material procurement, and the overall scale of the project. Every phase—from demolition through rebuilding—involves careful planning and execution to meet deadlines while ensuring the work adheres to safety and quality standards.
