"Our renters reported the garage door opener was not operating and our home warranty company sent someone out to assess it. They reported the opener wasn’t functioning because the door had issues and that wasn’t covered in the warranty. That company gave an estimate for total replacement of the door and opener but we wanted a second opinion. Through Angi, Door Nation replied promptly, set up an evaluation time convenient to our renters and contacted us with several options and costs. When we decided on the course of action, the work was completed in a timely manner. Communication was provided regularly and when the job was done we were able to pay online in a convenient manner.
