"We recently had 8 sliding windows installed. The crew was courteous, efficient and cleaned up all debris. In addition to that they cleaned the windows after completion. Anthony was our salesperson and gave a good presentation and answered questions before and after accepting the contract. Pricing was reasonable. I especially would like to comment on their office manager, Diana. She was a pleasure to deal with and has to be a great asset to the company I would highly recommend. "

"I first had windows replaced by this company, and later had my roof and gutters done by them as well. I paid two to three times more than local quotes mainly because of their heavily advertised ?lifetime transferable warranty.? The window was installed first. When it later had a simple closing issue, they pushed the service appointment out to April or May. I ended up fixing it myself. Two years after the roof replacement, this winter I noticed wet spots on my ceiling and wall, and even wet carpet ? something that never happened before. Again, they scheduled the inspection for May and said they were too busy to come sooner. That makes the warranty feel meaningless when you actually need help. The sales pitch was impressive, and they clearly invest heavily in marketing. But based on my experience, the warranty service has been very disappointing. If you are choosing them mainly for the warranty, be cautious."
