"I have a 1957 built ranch-style home that needed some major upgrades over the past 3 years.  Those projects were all done by Dion at Three Rivers Remodeling.  I met Dion back in 08/2011 through my neighbor (his in-laws) and the first project was my upstairs bathroom.  I was impressed with Dion's professionalism, attention to detail/cleanliness, and punctuality.  I was really impressed when Dion asked if it would OK for him to work on the bathroom on Labor Day.  Since then, in 2011 Dion installed glass block windows in my garage and replaced the doors/base boards in the hallway.  In 2012, Dion replaced a paneled wall in the living room with drywall, painted the living room, refinished the hardwood floors, and built stairs leading from the basement to the living area.  In 02/2014, I hired Dion for a complete kitchen remodel.  Finally, in 11/2014, Dion remodeled my downstairs bathroom.  On that job, after he gutted the room we found several problems that we were not expecting.  Dion worked most days until 9:00 (after asking me if that would be OK) in order to get the job done by the promised completion date while not sacrificing the quality of the finished project.  When I show people the finished project, they are always very impressed by Dion's work.
Dion does all the work himself and he is a bit of a perfectionist.  I know that he prefers to do the job right as opposed to doing the job cheaply.  I cannot say the same thing about the prior owners of my house.  When we discovered the issues with the downstairs basement, Dion explained my options.  What we could/could not get away with.  What is the right way/workaround to correct the problem.  Inevitably, with my experience with Dion, I trust his judgement and always authorize him to do it the right way.
When it comes to pricing, I do my research and go into the project with a range on what I think it will cost.  Dion always comes in within that range.  Never overpriced and never a low-ball estimate.  He discusses what needs to be done with me in layman's terms and his contract clearly discloses all the work to be done for the price.  Any unanticipated costs (like on the downstairs bathroom) are clearly discussed, priced, documented, and presented to me for approval before Dion proceeds with any work.
Oh, and Dion likes my dogs (and they love him) even letting them out for bathroom breaks while he's on the job.  May seem trivial, but, just another example of the extra steps Dion takes to make the whole process a positive experience.

"Very happy with our remodeled bathroom!! The shower is exactly what we wanted! Very reliable! I would recommend Premier Home Pros to anyone looking to redo their bathroom!"

"I found Carmen and I am glad I did. He is so nice and professional. He knows his stuff too. He took down a wall separating our kitchen and living room. It had electrical and cold air return that need rerouted and he did an excellent job. His price was fair and work was quality. I have other projects I need to do and I will for sure be using Carmen for all of my remodeling needs. Thank you"

"Professional, high quality product, customer service was excellent every step of the way. Replaced windows, installed a patio door. After getting a few quotes from other companies went with Mad City for the bathroom remodel too! Worth the money, definitely recommend!"

"If you are looking to remodel, Anthony McCann is your man. When Anthony came to give us our estimate, he was prompt and courteous. He listened to our expectations and offered suggestions without being pushy. He gave us a quote and told us that was the final price even if he ran into unexpected problems. He also offered a flexible payment plan. Dino and John, the craftsmen, were prompt, respectful and neat. They were so quiet, the only reason we knew they were here was hearing their tools. They worked on our project all day, every day until completion. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job at cleaning up at he end. We have been enjoying our remodeled family room for about two weeks and haven't found a flaw yet! While McCann Home Improvements was a little more expensive, it was well worth the extra money for the dependability and quality craftsmanship. Don't hesitate to give Anthony McCann a call for your next remodel job."

"My bathroom was the original from 1969 - very outdated. Derek had fabulous suggestions on how to modernize a small space, including design ideas. My bathroom is beautiful and I am so happy with the results."

"Luis installed 250 sq. feet of 12x12 ceramic floor tile in a kitchen, adjacent hallway and bathroom. He also installed 4x12 subway tile in a tub/shower that also included a glass mosaic niche. He did a wonderful job and paid attention to detail and left the area clean when all was done. I will hire again for the next tile project."

"I hired to Josh to work that includes replacing the roof of my garage, clear my backyard, rebuild my backyard fence, my patio area, my bathroom, my front porch, replace windows, and doors. Josh always does amazing work. He is thorough, thinks outside the box, and is always upfront, honest, and professional. Never rude or disrespectful. He’s the ONLY ONE allowed to work on my home."

"The owners (Chris and Cal) did an excellent job on our remodeled project. They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. We wanted a contractor who could do the entire project and C&C fit the bill. They performed the drywall, flooring, windows, painting, electrical, and structural part of the job. We would highly recommend them ."
