We were originally scheduled for Sunday (which surprised me), but they didn't show up until Monday. The worst part was that I had to constantly follow up myself to find out if they were coming. However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach.
