Fair. And, everything working again! p.s. also, on their own initiative, cleaned up their mess (a bonus!)"

The latest is an exposed outlet that we were never told about and that I recently discovered because I had to remove a cabinet drawer. Please see the the attached photo and I recommend reading my entire review. Proceed with caution, if you decide to use PRC. I will never understand why they could not provide us the same level of quality that others mentioned in their reviews. Poor work is one thing, but this is a safety issue, and I am grateful that we have not had a fire. I will be consulting with an attorney to determine if any action is possible. "I called Martin at 9:15 on Sep. 10, after 3 days of torrential rains from a Hurricane that moved up the coast. They were at my house by 1:00 the same day with a new heavy duty pump. After uncovering the system, it was discovered that a fitting on an elbow had blown off, simply pumping the water back into the tank. They fixed the issue, and simply charged me a service call. I didn't know these guys or this company, but it was recommended and I checked them out on Angie's List. They are A+, great service, quality people. They will get my business when the pump does fail completely. Hope that is not soon though."
