"Matt of Reliant Gas Lines installed an underground natural gas line for an outdoor fireplace at my home. He was very conscientious about communicating and confirming his schedule to perform the work. He arrived as scheduled and did a really fine job with the installation and also making sure that the area was cleaned and organized upon its completion. There were no surprises with the job and I will be reaching-out to Reliant Gas Lines to perform some future planned work."

"Exceptional 5-star service! The plumber arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and diagnosed the issue immediately. They explained everything clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and left the work area completely spotless. It’s rare to find this combination of quality craftsmanship, honesty, and fair pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!"

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits.\nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally.\nRed Carpet Treatment\nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Our air conditioning went so we called around for estimates. These guys quickly called me back. You couldn’t find a more professional and polite team of individuals. Their service was prompt and their prices were very fair. Newer company but don’t let that sway you away. I would highly recommend these guys."

"Rich’s 20 years of experience really showed. I hired him after he called me and he was friendly, knowledgeable, practical, and efficient with his time. I would highly recommend using Rich again!"

"Didn’t even charge me to loosen a valve. 5 star. Nice, kind, respectful."

"I had a water leak in my ceiling and initially contacted a plumber I had used in the past, but they weren’t able to come out for several days. I then called Knight & Day Plumbing, and I’m so glad I did! They responded quickly, came to my house promptly, and took the time to carefully locate the source of the leak in the ceiling. Richard did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. I truly appreciate how quickly they responded and how much time and effort Richard put into making sure the issue was properly fixed. Knight & Day Plumbing has earned my trust, and they will be the only plumbing company I call from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
