Not only did he identify the issues, but he went above and beyond by calling later that same day to offer completion by Sunday! Talk about exceeding expectations. The entire project was completed in just 4 hours. His team fixed the buckling shingles, replaced the warped decking underneath, flash sealed our skylights, and even repaired a cracked chimney. "Someone from Planet Roof came to my parents' house to give them an estimate for a roof (shingle) replacement (1,900 sf). After spending over an hour looking around, the gentleman gave my dad an estimate for $37,000! After my dad declined, he then dropped his estimate 2 more times and said the lowest he can go is $14,000. When my dad asked why he didn't start that low, he replied "well some people will pay the $37,000". He also went on to tell my dad how this was an investment, and he wouldn't get anything lower (keep in mind my dad is a disabled senior on a fixed income). When my dad told him he already received a quote from another company for $8,500 - he was followed by questions of who was that cheap and asked why my dad would even have him come out (when every company should know that most people would/should get multiple estimates). Do NOT recommend this company!"

"Be warned…Empire replaced my roof in 2020. All went well with the installation and I was provided a “Golden Pledge Warranty” through GAF. Roman Iwanyshyn also assured me Empire would stand behind their workmanship. Recently I discovered water damage on the interior ceiling and walls in the area of a vent pipe in the roof. Standing on the ground it appears the rubber sleeve on the pipe flashing is split. I did not climb the roof to confirm this. I called GAF and was told my warranty doesn’t cover pipe vent pipe flashing (?) and I should call Empire. Oddly GAF made this determination without an inspection. Anyway, I then called Empire and spoke with Roman who said they would be out to inspect the leak in a few days. That was nearly one month ago and I have not heard from Empire since. I called several times, left messages and even tried to E-mail them, still no response. So much for the golden warranty. Apparently Empire is not a company that will readily stand behind their work or product. Something to think about if you’re shopping for a new roof."

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

"Juan and Gabrielle did an amazing job removing our old tile from our house. They finished the whole job in two days. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."

Along with Eric being very detailed on what was going on and what to expect. The guys cleaned up after themselves and Jason and Eric came back for a final sweep! Amazing work and awesome team.
