"It was my best experience ever for plumbing needs - Jim Stewart is professional, very intelligent/ competent/knowledgable, trustworthy as well as very kind and communicative! He filed everything necessary with the gas company electronically to get rebate and sent his invoice electronically as well...much appreciated! This plumber and his company are exceptional and I have already lined up more needed projects."

"Overall it went well. The next day they had a track hoe delivered to the home and started looking for the line in the back yard. They found it fairly quickly and opened up the hole and cut the line in the hole to at least allow us to flush the toilets and use showers. They took 2 more days to reconnect us to the sewer main. Overall it went pretty well and he charged me exactly what he estimated on Monday. My only hesitation was that I didn't have time to get 3 bids but that would have probably added another week to the schedule. Not much I could do though under the circumstances. He didn't try to gouge me after it took an extra day to complete. They arrived early on the last 2 days to complete as quickly as they could once the rented equipment was on site. Overall I am pleased and thought Adam and his partner were very ice and professional. I work in the engineering and construction business and understand there is not much certainty in underground work."

"The Cahaba Plumbing representative arrived on time and worked very hard to clean a 107-year-old sewer line that was full of small roots. The sewer cleaning blade got stuck in the sewer line and it took a lot of effort to get it free. I was pleased with the diligence and professionalism of this company and would use them again.

"Service tech was knowledgeable and efficient. Clearly explained what needed to be done and the associated costs. Also explained the efficiency of their parts ordering system. When he returned with the appropriate parts, the repair was quick and well done. He also offered advice of how to better maintain my appliance.

"Buddy did a great job at a reasonable price. I woke up to find water in my hallway and in a closet. I found a pin-sized hole in the copper piping and immediately used Angie's List to locate a local plumber with a high rating. I was in a hurry to get it fixed because I had to cut the water off to the house to stop the leak and I needed to take a shower so I could get to work. I called Key Plumbing and left a message and they called me back within 10 minutes. They said they would be out in 30 minutes (but it took an hour - my only small complaint). He quickly fixed the piping and while he was out here he repaired a leaky faucet in my master bath tub and repaired some piping coming from my a/c that he noticed wasn't sealed well. The total cost of the repair was about $165 and he didn't charge to repair the a/c piping and only charged $20 to fix the leaky faucet. I will probably use him again in the future."

"I would tell other that the work they have done has been acceptable.  The worker are fine.  They clean up after the work is done."
