I understand that he was trying to make sure I understood what he was saying, but it got annoying after the 10th or 15th time. He was a very nice guy and shared lots of info, but annoyed me a little bit."

"The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."

"Richard Cranner with Cross Cabinets looked at the broken drawer on my Grandfather's dresser that I had inherited.  I was afraid that the drawer could never be replaced.  Richard made a brand new drawer to match and with the stain he used. I can't tell which one is the new one.  Very pleased with this restoration."
