"my garage door issue fell on a Saturday, of course. Eric Hoskin contacted me and we agreed on a Sunday appointment. He called back within 15 mins and said his last appointment was in my area and he came by within the hour. Knew just where to look and had problem fixed. So glad I didn't have to spend a night with my garage door wide open."

"My wife hired another company to repair our window screens on the same day that I purchased a re-screen discount coupon for six windows from Angie's List for America's Best Window Cleaning.  America's Best agreed to repair a screen door and some windows instead.  I do not remember exactly but I believe they repaired two or three windows in addition to the screen door for the same price.
They arrived when scheduled, completed the work in a reasonable time, and with good quality.

"Wonderfully. Joshua is a nice guy and is willing to explain what he is doing, and why, if you are willing to listen. He's also willing to give his opinion on the "quick fix" vs. the more expensive "fixing it right" and will do whatever you want. He arrived on time and worked the full day. I don't think he would have stopped for lunch if I hadn't insisted on it!

"It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."
