"I showed Dustin what I wanted done, he looked it over and gave me a rough estimate. He told me a time he would be here to get started but called in advance to let me know they were "tied up" (very nice of him to do that, instead of me guessing what happened). On the new date he gave me (only a couple of days later) they showed up, completed the excavation, built the forms and told me the concrete would be here the next day. Also, they followed the rough drawing, I gave them, very closely. The concrete arrived when they said it would, they completed the pour, did the finishing, actually removed the forms mere hours after the pour, sealed it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Excellent job, looks just as I had envisioned it. Only one complaint... they said they probably won't come back during the winter and shovel the snow off of it every morning. I'm well satisfied."

The awesome part of having him do all these things was that he ended up doing far more than he had promised. I wasn't expecting all the things that he did to make my deck and porch look fantastic. In addition, he even fixed things that he saw needed small repairs without me even asking him to fix them at no extra charge. He paid attention to details and aesthetics. His work was of excellent quality. He is easily the best professional I have employed at my house. I highly recommend him. Super guy!!!"

"I got a quote from them and I said, "Yes. Let's go through with it," but they never called me back, so I don't know, They never followed up with me like they said. I had to call them and told me to get back to me in a couple of days but that was two weeks ago. I like everything about them. The guy was great, punctual, seemed very knowledgeable, we talked about concrete, concrete treatments. They did say they have a lot of work to do but get back to me, maybe I just had a small project."

I paid them and I thought the work is on but it was not. Also, they fixed something and nailed down but I had to go behind them and thought I could have done better myself. Overall, my experience was not good and will not use them again in the future. I never really wanted them to come back later."
