"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"I can't say enough good things about Snap Construction and Mike Rinebold. From the very beginning, the estimate process, he was thorough and totally professional. I had a MAJOR leak in my Master Bathroom that ran all the way into the basement, and everything, walls, ceilings, closets, flooring, vanities, had to be torn out. The only thing remaining were the studs. Mike put in a beautiful new Dream Line glass and chrome shower, tiled the walls, tiled the floor, repaired and replumbed the original cause of the leak to make sure it would never happen again. He measured and made cuts in that tile that you would never believe possible. Out of 241 pieces, we had one broken tile and he felt badly about that. He’s incredible! He had to re-dry wall everything, put three coats of mud on, sand it down (the best dry wall job I've ever seen and the least messy, no dust in the house at all!), replace and repaint walls, trim, baseboard, thresholds, knobs, towel racks, door handles. Mike doesn’t just do the work, he does the work like it is his own home and he has to live there. I have never seen such precision, ability, and perfection. He will be “pickier” than you are!! At the end of every work day, the crew stopped, vacuumed up any mess, took their tools and put them away and left the place spanking clean and ready for the next day. He has every tool in the world to be able to do the job “right” because, “right” is the only way Mike knows HOW to do it! He cuts no corners. He scrimps on nothing! He can and has done it all and you will benefit greatly from his experience. On top of that, he is the nicest guy in the world and so are the people that work with him. Hire this company and I guarantee, you will have no worries. Mike does all the worrying for you. What you will have is complete and utter customer satisfaction and the best job possible!!!"
