The deck had been replaced by different contractor who really messed it up in two years we had warped boards, pooping nails and wood cracks Large ones. Joe came in replaced all the damaged parts, pressure washed everything including the backyard fencing and repainted two coats including the 300 spindles. "From the start Mike was very professional and pleasant when he came to give us an estimate for painting the outside soffit around the whole house outside, porch railings, pickets and stairs. When we decided to have him do the job, as his price was reasonable for the work wanted, we called and he stated he would send a contract and have the work done by 10-30-14, which was 2 weeks away and would take 1 1/2 days to complete. He called on 10-21-14 and stated he would be at the house on 10-23-14. All the work was done and it looks terrific.
