With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."
