They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process! Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. "He caught a problem with one of the parts in the faucet. Instead of replacing that part and telling me, because the problem still existed, I asked for a plumber to come out. He didn't communicate that to me so I had to end up spending more money to correct the problem, which it was more simplified if he would have communicated to me and all that should have been done was those 2 small parts which would have been much more less expensive. When I did speak to the plumber within the 30 days of the work guarantee, he kind of blamed me for it and I didn't like that. I told him it should have been resolved just off of the strength that the work was guaranteed for 30 days and it was the lack of communication on his part.
As far as the electrical work, I am satisfied with the electrical work. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the extractor fan ventilator in the bathroom because it has the same problem with the moisture. I don't know if the air is being extracted out or not.
The getting back is not that fast. It takes 3 days to a week for work that needs to be done.
The price was a little exorbitant."

August 2016: Two years ago, they painted the exterior of my previous house. They did a finr job. I would hire them again."
