"I called TNT Design and Build for a full remodel (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, fireplace, and interior paint). Mor, the project manager, was very informative and professional from the first meeting and was very helpful and patient throughout the process of us choosing exactly what we wanted our remodel to look like. TNT workers were tidy, professional, on time, and organized. They came every day, as he said they would, on time and worked diligently. Tamari checked up on the job almost every day, as he promised, and was very flexible with a few changes we had but did not discuss from the beginning. Tamari, Mor and the whole TNT Design and Build team, made us feel comfortable, secured, and ensured that we were in good hands. "Nucave construction did a great job remodeling and completing a relatively complicated medical facility for me. Excellent job. Ryan was spot on every step of the way through. He was very timely and efficient in getting things done and very knowledgeable about the materials and methods. This build-out included retrofitting and developing nearly 3000 sqft of medical space to include a fully functional operating room and recovery room with anesthesia capability. Included was a combination of medical flooring, vinyl and tile flooring, medical cabinets and sinks, a large reception area with reception desk, and a sterile processing room. Nucave also got the facility current and inspected by the fire marshal. They corrected problems with electrical panels, and got a back-up generator functioning and warrantied for me. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to give my highest recommendations to Ryan and Nucave construction."

His crew showed up when they said they would, were respectful of our home, and kept the workspace as clean as possible during the remodel. The finished kitchen came out great, cabinets are lined up perfectly, countertops look amazing, and the backsplash and finishing details really tied everything together. "Jake is a true professional and you will not be disappointed if you hire him for your project. He is honest, reliable, trustworthy and meticulous in his work. I was getting frustrated trying to find a contractor or deck company that would repair/replace my deteriorating deck. People would not return my calls or show up when we had agreed on an appointment time. When I called Jake he patiently walked me through the things that would be important to consider when embarking on the deck project. This was critical because I live on a canyon and the deck is suspended in the air, so it is more complicated than a deck that is at ground level. Jake came over to look at the deck and spent the necessary time to figure out what was really involved, including replacing some joists and beams that could not be saved. So instead of taking a quick look at the top of the deck, giving me a superficial quote and then adding costs on to it later, Jake was thorough about the scope of the project from the very beginning. In addition, he excelled at communicating regularly about work schedules, various options for the project and cost. Jake understands that cost is very important (sometimes most important) to homeowners and he acts accordingly. Jake was also straightforward about his availability explaining that he would not be able to start for a few months due to prior commitments. He even told me that I might want to consider another contractor or deck company if I wanted to get started sooner. That told me that Jake was more interested in my satisfaction than ensuring he ultimately got the job. However, at that point I was convinced that he was the best option and for me it was more important to have the right person for the job than to begin work immediately. I'm very happy that I did wait, because the deck is finished now, it is beautiful and just what I wanted. Finally, Jake takes real pride in his work and he will treat your project like he is working on his own home. That's probably the highest compliment I can pay him. I have other projects outstanding and have already asked Jake to provide bids for those."
