"When I first called Hal, he was prompt in returning my call. He made an appointment to come give me an estimate. On the day of the estimate, he called when he was on his way and was here right afterwards. He looked around and give me an estimate which I accepted. He then made an appointment for doing the work. On the day the work was to be done, he arrived right on time. He had done some of the work in his shop at home and installed what he had done. He then did the rest of the work in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, polite and an excellent worker. My biggest complaint when I have workers here is the mess they make and if they clean it up. Although he made only a little mess from sawing some wood, he was wonderful about cleaning up every area in which he did any work. I will definitely call him again any time I need something done."
